City Programs

Ride-On Helpline

Ride-On Tri-City! mobility managers work with individuals to link them with appropriate resources, including travel training, Clipper cards, volunteer driver programs, older driver safety information and transportation through Ride-On Tri-City!, ADA-paratransit and Medi-Cal.

Ride-On Tri-City! Transportation Services

Available to Fremont and Newark residents who are:

  • 70 years and older, OR
  • Unable to ride public transit due to a disability.

Subsidized rides are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily within Fremont, Newark, and Union City. Participants access rides through one of the following:

  • Ride-hailing services through the Lyft app
  • Ride-hailing services through GoGoGrandparent
  • Taxi service
  • Wheelchair Accessible Van (WAV) service
