Services provided by Ride-On Tri-City
City Programs
Ride-On Tri-City is a one-stop resource for older adults and individuals with disabilities within Southern Alameda County providing mobility management, travel training, and same-day transportation services.
Ride-On Helpline
Ride-On Tri-City mobility managers work with individuals to link them with appropriate resources, including travel training, Clipper cards, older driver safety information and transportation through Ride-On Tri-City, ADA paratransit, Medi-Cal, and other programs.
Ride-On Tri-City Transportation Services
Available to Fremont, Newark, and Union City residents who are:
- 70 years and older, OR
- 18 to 69 years of age and certified with ADA Paratransit
Subsidized same-day rides are available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily within Fremont, Newark, and Union City. Participants access rides through one of the following:
- Ride-hailing services through the Lyft app
- Ride-hailing services through GoGoGrandparent
- Wheelchair Accessible Van (WAV) service pilot program
