Door-to-Door Service
Origin-to-destination ADA paratransit service within Union City. Paratransit Plus provides beyond-ADA service to Union City ADA certified clients within southern Hayward, northern Fremont, and northern Newark.

Ride-On Tri-City! mobility managers work with individuals to link them with appropriate resources, including travel training, Clipper cards, volunteer driver programs, older driver safety information and transportation through Ride-On Tri-City!, ADA-paratransit and Medi-Cal.
Ride-On Tri-City! Transportation Services
Available for Union City residents who are:
- 70 years and older, OR
- Unable to ride public transit due to a disability
Subsidized rides are available 8 am to 5 pm daily, within Fremont, Newark, and Union City.
Participants access rides through one of the following:
- Ride-hailing Services through Lyft app
- Ride-hailing Services through GoGoGrandparent
- Taxi Service
- Wheelchair Accessible Van (WAV) service
